David is a 2002 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was the recipient of the Florence and Bert Subin Scholarship.  Prior to law school, David attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts where he studied history and political science.  While attending the University of Massachusetts, David received several honors including the Nu Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Golden Key Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, and Phi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.  In addition, David was the recipient of the Satenig and Ermonian Scholarship as well as the Knapp Scholarship.

After graduating from law school, wanting to return to Massachusetts, David joined the law firm of Gold & Vanaria, P.C., where he gained courtroom experience and litigation skills.  

David resides in the Berkshires with his wife and two children.
